THE DOUGH ROOM
From birthday parties to business meetings, Coppa Osteria's Dough Room is the perfect place to spend an intimate meal with up to 20 guests. Named for its original purpose, this former pasta & pizza dough prep kitchen has been transformed into the ultimate private dining space. With three walls of windows overlooking the dining room, this space gives guests a private space to spend quality time with family, friends, and coworkers while still enjoying the energy of the hustle & bustle of service. The Dough Room is available for lunch and dinner daily at a per person food & beverage minimum with customizable prix fixe menus and optional curated wine pairings.
$100 per person minimum is required, prix fixe menu options below. Host(s) must provide a signed credit card authorization form to secure the reservation. In case of cancellation, host(s) must call more than 72 hours in advance of the reservation start time to avoid a $250 cancellation fee. At least half of the party must be present within 30 minutes of the reservation time
in order to avoid automatic cancellation and, as a result, the $250 cancellation fee.
*Parties will be charged for the guest count given at booking. Guest count may increase but may not decrease.
