THE DOUGH ROOM

From birthday parties to business meetings, Coppa Osteria's Dough Room is the perfect place for an intimate meal with up to 20 guests. Named for its original purpose, this former pasta and pizza dough prep kitchen has been transformed into a private dining space. With three walls of windows overlooking the main dining room, the Dough Room gives you a private setting to spend quality time with family, friends, or coworkers — while still enjoying the energy of the hustle and bustle of service.

Pricing & availability:

  • Available for lunch and dinner daily

  • $100 per person food & beverage minimum

  • Customizable prix fixe menus with optional curated wine pairings

Booking & cancellation policies:

  • Signed credit card authorization form required to secure reservation

  • Guest count locked at booking (may increase but may not decrease)

  • At least half the party must arrive within 30 minutes of reservation time

  • Cancel more than 72 hours in advance: no fee

  • Cancel within 72 hours or automatic cancellation due to late arrival: $250 fee

Whether you're celebrating a milestone, hosting a team dinner, or simply bringing friends together, our private dining experience is designed to make your event feel effortless and special. For parties of 10 guests or more, a $50 per person minimum is required, with optional prix fixe menu options available below.

Booking & cancellation policies:

  • Final guest count must be confirmed 48 hours in advance

  • Parties will be charged for the confirmed guest count, regardless of day-of attendance

  • At least half the party must arrive within 30 minutes of reservation time

  • Cancel more than 24 hours in advance: no fee

  • Cancel within 24 hours or automatic cancellation due to late arrival: $200 fee
